By booking a service with Sandhya Ramwani or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after a deposit or advance payment is received, where applicable
• Dates are held on a first-confirmed basis — an inquiry alone does not guarantee a date
• Please share accurate event details (date, location, service) when booking

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans can change. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Advance payments may be non-refundable for cancellations made close to the event date — this will be confirmed at the time of booking

Pricing

Prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary based on the specific package, add-ons, location and travel requirements. A final quote will be shared before confirming your booking.

Travel & Home Service

Home and venue service is offered subject to location and may include additional travel charges, especially for destination bookings outside Agra.

Client Responsibilities

• Please disclose any known skin allergies or sensitivities before the appointment
• Please ensure a suitable, well-lit space is available for the service

Limitation of Liability

While every care is taken to use quality, skin-safe products, we are not liable for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed sensitivities. A patch test can be arranged on request ahead of your event.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
